The Benchmark medical face mask offers excellent protection to limit the transmission of infection. The 3 ply mask consists of three layers of non-woven fabric including an anti-bacterial outer layer, one meltblown middle layer and a soft inner layer.

Recommendations for Use
Instructions: 1. Unfold the mask and attach the loop around the ear. 2. Adjust the nose bridge according to
the nose shape to reduce passage of contaminated air. 3. Pull the mask folds so that the mask expands and
can fully cover the nose, mouth and chin.
Notes: Please check the package before using to confirm there’s no damage or dirt. This product is a
disposable product. It is recommended that you replace it if you wear it continuously for more than 4 hours.
Important:
1. Do not touch mask with fingers/hands once applied other than for removal.
2. Mask to be worn covering nose and mouth and at no time to be worn around the neck.
3. Full hand disinfection required after mask removal. 4. Dispose of mask when no longer needed.
Storage
Storage Conditions: It should be stored in dry, well-ventilated area. Keep away from the fire
and inflammables.
Disposal
Please dispose the masks according to medical waste disposal guidelines after using.
Single use mask, do not use twice.
