Please follow the instructions below. Please note that while our standard turnaround time is 5 working days, during busy periods it may take a little longer. Upon submitting this form a ticket will be created in our system, all updates will be provided via this ticket.
ERRORS ON PRODUCT PAGES
If you have spotted a mistake on a product page please fill out the form with:
- The SKU - visible on the product page
- The product name
- Select the "Product Page Issue" job type from the dropdown menu
- A short description of the issue and steps that should be taken to correct it
- (Optional) A screenshot of the page
DATA REQUESTS
If you have received a request for product data please select the "Data Request" option from the dropdown. Data requests should only be for information such as:
- Images
- Barcodes
- Weights & dimensions
- Datasheets (if they are being requested by a distributor)
- Filling out distributor spreadsheets
Any requests for more general information should be handled by Marketing
BRAND MANAGERS ONLY
UPDATING PRODUCTS
- Please select "Product Update" from the Job Type dropdown menu
- In "Task Description" describe change you would like to make, the more detail the better. Please include product name and SKU to ensure we are able to update the product precisely.
- Attach any relevant files if you have them (picture references, copy etc.)
- Click Submit
NEW PRODUCTS
- Download the New Product Template here
- Fill out the Template with all the information you have- refer to the instructions in the sheet for how to do this.
- On the Data Form please select "New Product" from the dropdown menu
- Write a short message outlining how many products you are adding and what categories they are from
- Attach the Template(s)
- Click Submit
